Ms. Yue'e ZHANG, CEO, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director   
Ms. Yue'e Zhang is the CEO, chairman of the Board, an executive director and the chairman of the nomination committee of the Company. She is also a director of certain subsidiaries of the Company. In addition to her roles with the Group, Ms. Zhang currently serves as the executive director of WP Medical Technologies, Inc. She was a director of China Biologic Products Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBPO) from January 2018 to January 2021. She is also one of the early founders of Lepu Medical Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 300003). Ms. Zhang has worked in the medical device industry for nearly 30 years and has accumulated considerable experience in product design, research and development, and management and investment. Ms. Zhang graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University (西安交通大學) with a bachelor’s degree in materials science and engineering in July 1985, and later received two master’s degrees relating to materials science and management from Xi’an University of Technology (西安理工大學) and Florida International University in July 1988 and April 1996, respectively.


Mr. HUA Wei, Vice President
Mr. HUA Wei is vice president of the Company. Mr. HUA was general manager of Beijing Fert Technology Co., Ltd. from April 2011 to February 2014. Prior to joining the Group as the general manager of Fert Technology in April 2011, Mr. HUA had served as an executive assistant general manager and general manager of Zhongguancun Development Hi-Tech Incubator Co., Ltd (中关村兴业(北京)高科技孵化器股份有限公司) from 2002 to 2011. He also held various managing positions with the branch companies of Xinjiang Securities Corporation Limited (新疆证券有限责任公司) from 1995 to 2001. Mr. HUA started his career with the Shihezi branch of the People’s Bank of China (中国人民银行石河子市分行) in 1991. Mr. HUA graduated from Changchun College of Finance (长春金融专科学校) with a diploma in finance in July 1991, and received an MBA degree from Renmin University of China (中国人民大学) in January 2009.


Mr. CHEN Yikun, Vice President

Mr. CHEN Yikun is vice president of the Company. Prior to joining the Group in January 2014, Mr. CHEN was the senior manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and has over 10 years’ experience in auditing and consulting business. Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP again in 2006, he was the M&A project manager in China Resources Petrochems (Group) Company Limited (华润石化（集团）有限公司) from 2005 to 2006. Mr. CHEN joined PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in 2001. Mr. CHEN worked as the accounting head in Hutchison Whampoa Property (Shenzhen) Limited (和记黄埔地产(深圳)有限公司) from 1998 to 2001. Mr. CHEN is the fellowship member of ACCA and member of CICPA. Mr. CHEN graduated from Shantou University (汕头大学) with a bachelor’s degree in Economics in July 1998.


Ms. TIAN Tian, Fianical Director

Ms. TIAN Tian is the Company's financial director. Prior to joining the Group in January 2020, Ms. Tian served as the chief financial officer in Sinowel Wealth Management Group from 2017 to 2020. She served as the financial controller in Century Sage Scientific Holdings Limited from 2014 to 2017. She started her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP from 2006 and has over 8 years of experience in assurance and advisory practice. Ms. Tian is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries. Ms. Tian received a bachelor’s degree from Wuhan University (武漢大學) in management in July 2004 and a master's degree in accounting from University of International Business and Economics (對外經濟貿易大學) in July 2006, respectively.
